BEFORE THE PARTY...
Booking a Party:
You can book your party online, fax, mail, or over the phone. Your party date
and time isn't confirmed until the $100.00 deposit is paid and a sign party order
form is given to Dreams Come True Parties. The $100.00 deposit is non-refundable,
however it can be transferred over to another date/time. If you want to cancel,
the $100.00 deposit is also non-refundable.

Free Consultation:
The free consultation is for clients that has committed to booking a party, and
has paid their $100.00 deposit. Most questions/concerns can be answered on our
website or over the phone. The free consultation is to discuss party details and
meet your hostess. The consultation should be scheduled immediately after
booking your party this will help plan the best party for your guest. The $100.00
deposit isn't required for event planning meetings and groups/organizations since
the party rates will differ from our theme packages.

Event Planning:
We will gladly meet with you to discuss any party planning needs other than our
theme packages free of charge. However, our party proposals cannot be made
without a commitment and deposit. The deposit is based on the number of guest
and nature of the event.

Theme Packages:
You do not need to decide on the theme package when booking your party date
and time, unless your party date is less than 3-weeks away. If you do choose a
theme upfront, you have up to 3-weeks prior to the party to change the theme.
You must give a final count of all expecting guest 1-week prior to the party.
You can also add the menu package 1-week prior as well. This is the total you
will be charged, so please be as accurate as possible.

Party Location:
Dreams Come True Parties only host parties in your home or location of your
choice. If you're choosing a location other than your home, you must let us
know 2-weeks prior to the party. If you wish to have your party at a location
other than your home, our Dream Planners can assist you with finding a
location. You will be responsible for the additional fees and we take no
responsibility with 3rd party contracts. However, we will negotiate a
discounted rate for you.

Invitations:
Each package comes with 10 invitations and will be delivered to you 3-weeks
prior to your event. Additional invitations can be purchase for $1.00 each and
can be requested at any time. However, we recommend you order more in
advance. Our hostess will not deliver less than 10 invitations. If your additional
invites is less than 10, they will be mailed to you.



DURING THE PARTY...
Arrival:
Your hostess will arrive approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to your event depending
on the theme and number of guest . Your hostess will present you with your final
party order form, and full payment is due upon arrival. The hostess must be paid
the balance prior to the party starting.









Hostess's Responsibility:
Complete party set-up, hosted party for 3 hours, and clean-up. We provide tables
and chairs, however your hostess may decide to use your dining table, kitchen
island, etc. (This will be discussed in your consultation). Dreams Come True Parties
isn't responsible for any outside vendors you choose to hire. We're not responsible
for any damage children may cause during the party, other than damage to our
party supplies. After the 3 hours, our hostess will began to break down decoration.
Children must be out of the party area at this time to allow your hostess to clean.
Please have an area in mind that you want your guests to go to.

Client's Responsibility:
You must be present during the party for the entire duration. Call your hostess
with any concerns and needs. Try to be as accurate as possible with the guests
count. Be prepared to pay the hostess upon arrival. Have the area for set-up
(discussed in consultation) clean and clear for immediate set-up.  Supervise
younger siblings, disruptive or ill children. If you want to get involved let your
hostess know, otherwise..... relax, enjoy, and don't forget your camera!

Guest:
If additional guests arrive other than what's on your party order form you will be
billed the additional per guest charge, and payment must be given to your hostess
prior to them leaving. If less guests arrive other than what's on your party order
form you will still be responsible for full payment.  

Costumes:
All guests will be required to remove costumes while eating and drinking.
Water is ok.

Food and Beverages:
All items are catered and we take no responsibility for any food related illnesses
& allergies.

Photography:
Dreams Come True Parties has all rights to all photos taken at the party by our staff. Photos will be
displayed on website and possibly use in promotional materials/advertisement.

Referral:
Tell your friends about your experience and if they book a party, we will take
$25.00 off your next party with us.
