Q. How do I book a Dreams Come True Party?
A. You can book your party online, fax, mail, or over the phone. Party dates and
times are on a first come basis.

Q. How far in advance do I need to reserve my party date?
A. It's best to reserve your date as far in advance as possible, however if the
date/time is available we will be accommodate any last minute parties.

Q. How do I know my date and party time is confirm?
A. Once your $100.00 deposit and order form is submitted a hostess will contact
you within 24 hours to confirm and schedule a consultation.

Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept checks, money orders, and major credit cards. If you choose to use a
credit card, you can only use them on our website through our secure paypal
account.

Q. Do I have to decide on a theme at the time of booking a party?
A. No. You have up to 3-weeks before your event to decide/change your theme.
So, book your party in advance!

Q. Do you do weekday parties?
A. Yes. 3-week notice is appreciated

Q. Do you offer discounts for weekday parties?
A. No. Weekday parties requires the same quality of service as the weekend.

Q. Where are the parties held?
A. Dreams Come True Parties will bring the event to your home or location of
choice. If you decide you want your party at a location other than your home, we
will help find you a location and negotiate the rates. We're not responsible for
3rd party vendors.

Q. When do I get my invitations?
A. 3-weeks prior to your event.

Q. When am I required to give you a final count of quest?
A. 2 days prior to your party. Be accurate, this is the total you will be billed for.

Q. When is the balance of my party due?
A. You must provide full balance before party or upon your hostess arrival. The
party will not start until the balance is paid.

Q. Does the 8-guests minimum include the guest of honor?
A. Yes. More guest are always welcomed.

Q. What if more guest attend the day of the party than I expected?
A. You will be responsible for the additional guest fees and your hostess will
collect that payment before leaving.

Q. How much time do you need to set-up and clean up?
A. Varies depending on the theme. Can range between 1 to 2 hours for set-up,
and 30 to 45 minutes for clean-up.

Q. Do you offer food and beverages?
A. Yes. All of our food items are catered. Dreams Come True Parties will not be
responsible for any food related illnesses or allergies.

Q. What happens if a guest get ill or is disruptive?
A. We require that you step in and take care of the situation.

Q. Do you provide tables and chairs?
A. Yes. We provide seating for only the paying children guest. However,
additional seating can be rented. Ask your hostess for details.

Q. What happens when the child have younger/ different gender siblings?
A. Since our packages are themed, we suggest you consider this when booking a
package. We do offer combining 2-different themes at an additional cost.

Q. Can I book a party for longer than 3-hours?
A. Yes. If you want Dreams Come True Parties to stay longer than the 3-hours, an
additional $50.00 per 1/2 hour or $75.00 for an hour will be added. Our hostess
will add more theme games and additional crafts to the party for the
extended time.
